Appointments & Consultation Fees at Eve Couture are outlined below to help you plan your personal bridal or eveningwear consultation. Discuss your ideas, occasion, preferred silhouette and requirements before deciding on the next steps.

In-person consultations in London

We offer in-person consultations at several London locations. Our consultation fees are £60 per hour in Piccadilly, £75 per hour in St James’s and £90 per hour in Mayfair. Appointments are subject to our schedule and the availability of each space.

Your location, appointment duration and consultation fee will be confirmed before your booking is finalised.

Phone and video consultations

Phone and video consultations are charged at £30 per hour. These appointments offer an opportunity to discuss your ideas and requirements if you are unable to visit us in London.

Private home and hotel Appointments & Consultation Fees in London

For a more personal viewing, you can request an appointment at your hotel room, your home or another preferred location within London, where we can bring selected products for you to see in person.

Fees start from £100 per hour and vary depending on the location, day and time of your appointment. This service is available within the London area only and is subject to our team’s availability and the availability of your requested products. The products to be presented and the final appointment fee will be agreed before your booking is confirmed.

Please share as much information as possible about what you would like from your appointment. Let us know whether you are interested in a completely bespoke design developed from scratch, a viewing and try-on of pieces from our existing collections, or a made-to-measure version of an existing design.

To help us prepare and assess availability, please include:

  • Your event date, the type of occasion and when you need your outfit ready.
  • Your preferred appointment dates and times, and whether you would like an in-person, phone, video, private home or hotel appointment.
  • The names or links of any existing pieces you would like to view or try on.
  • Your design ideas, preferred silhouettes, colours, fabrics and any specific fit requirements.
  • Reference images and an approximate budget, if you have one in mind.
  • Your usual clothing size, if you are requesting a try-on, so we can discuss suitable sample availability.
  • Your travel dates or availability for future fittings, if relevant.
  • Your preferred London consultation location, or the London address for a private home or hotel visit.
  • Your time zone for phone or video appointments.

Sharing these details helps us tailor the appointment to your needs and confirm which pieces can be made available. Appointment requests are not confirmed bookings until you receive confirmation from our team.

Bespoke commissions and fittings

Consultation fees are separate from the price of a bespoke outfit. Bespoke, made-to-measure designs are developed individually, with pricing and timing discussed once your requirements have been reviewed.

Once an order is confirmed, we can discuss fitting dates around your availability and travel plans. We anticipate between one and three fittings, depending on the design and fit requirements.
