Return, refund, and exchange 

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from EVE-COUTURE. We operate as Made to Order, all Made-To-Order products are handmade exclusive for you and are FINAL SALE, we therefore do not currently offer refunds or exchanges at this time but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Because our products are hand made in our atelier, we can assist you with any amendments required that your product to fit well. This can attract an extra cost for returning to atelier and for any appointments & amendments.

Before placing your order, please always refer to the measurement chart for more information on sizing, so it is essential to compare your measurements against the size chart. We are also happy to provide support and guidance where needed. If you are not sure what size, you need please contact us at: info@evecouture.co.uk and we can support you or offer Custom or Bespoke service.
